At AMT, we're privileged to have team members who embody adaptability and dedication. Today, let's turn the spotlight on Stacey Everett, a true "Jill of All Trades," who, in her favorite pink work shoes, has become a reliable cornerstone since joining us in February of 2022. 
Stacey's versatility shines through in her ability to lend a hand wherever it's needed. Stacey’s title of assistant to founder and CEO Mike Jacobs doesn’t fully describe her work at AMT. During her tenure, she's taken on various roles and tasks, showcasing her willingness to tackle challenges head-on. Stacey has played a pivotal role in numerous projects, most notably contributing her expertise to finishing our new building at 250 Kay Industrial Drive in Orion, Michigan.
“I often joke that Stacey’s last name should be ‘Willhelp,’ as a reminder of her unwavering support,” says Diane Haig, Chief Knowledge Officer at AMT. “A Jill-of-all-trades, she's a breath of fresh air for our company. She's not just a colleague, but a true connector with a knack for knowing everyone's name. Stacey's presence is a testament to her boundless commitment and the invaluable spirit she brings to our team."
Stacey's favorite part of being at AMT? “I love the people. They are the nicest, and great to work with!” she said. Stacey appreciates the supportive and friendly atmosphere that makes working at AMT a pleasure. Her positive attitude and willingness to collaborate make her a true asset to the team.
Originally from Holly, Michigan, Stacey now resides in nearby Oxford with her husband of nearly 33 years, Ralph Everett, and the couple are parents to two grown and married daughters. Stacey’s dedication to her family is a testament to her character and drive. Outside of work, Stacey's creativity shines in her crafting endeavors. She's known for her handmade, personalized greeting cards, and showcased her artistic touch to make invitations for her daughter’s wedding. Stacey’s expert skills have led her to teach card making classes locally. Her athletic interests span from golfing to hiking, reflecting a well-rounded approach to life.
With a passion for exploring new horizons, Stacey has a particular fondness for cruises, which she refers to as her “cruise habit,” and refers to herself a “cruise junkie.” Her love for the ocean and adventure is evident in her pursuit of new experiences. In Stacey's realm, where actions carry more weight than words, she embraced a guiding principle that was introduced during her early days at AMT: "The pink shoes get it done."
